Each player controls one of the Great Houses of Westeros, commanding battlefield units, recruiting legendary Heroes, and manipulating the political stage, in the attempt to claim the greatest prize of all: The Iron Throne.

BUILD YOUR ARMY, PLAN YOUR TACTICS: The game combines brutal battlefield conflicts with political scheming from the beloved book series. Build your army by fielding the perfect combination of infantry, cavalry, and unique units, such as Dire Wolves and Giants. Assist your forces on the tactics board using the skills of unscrupulous courtiers and diplomats. Finally, secure your victory by selecting a capable Commander and employing their unique tactics as the battle plays out.

WHO WILL CLAIM THE IRON THRONE? This starter set has everything needed for two players to fight epic battles. Containing forces for both House Stark and House Lannister. Players build their armies, select leaders, construct their Tactics Deck, and engage in one of five different Game Modes.

NUMBER OF PLAYERS AND AVERAGE PLAYTIME: This miniatures war game for teens and adults can be played with 2 or more players and is suitable for ages 14 and older. The game takes about 45 to 60 minutes to play.

Cersei and Tyrion Lannister's machinations beyond the battlefield provide hidden advantages toward a victory that opponents never see coming.

Lannister Guards and Halberdiers are kitted with the finest arms and armor money can buy, and Clegane's Brigands roam enemy territory unhindered, ready to strike unsuspecting foes in a brutal charge.
