Refunds & Returns

  1. WargamesΒ Delivered is committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchase. If a mistake has been made in regards to your order please reach out to our concierge support team atΒ support@wargamesdelivered.com

  2. Any returnsΒ must be made within 30 days of receipt! The item(s) must not be opened, defective or used.

  3. We require a 25% restocking fee to cover the labor used to "restock" the item as well as the shipping cost spent shipping you the item.

  4. DefectiveΒ items are not subject to this restocking fee.Β 

  5. Only the cost of the goods purchased areΒ eligibleΒ for refunds. Shipping isΒ non-refundable.Β 
  6. Once we receive your return, we will process it within 2 to 3 business days and your refund will be issued upon inspection of the product.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 to 3 business days.Β 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.
