Refunds & Returns

  1. Wargames Delivered is committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchase. If a mistake has been made in regards to your order please reach out to our concierge support team at support@wargamesdelivered.com

  2. Any returns must be made within 30 days of receipt! The item(s) must not be opened, defective or used.

  3. We require a 25% restocking fee to cover the labor used to "restock" the item as well as the shipping cost spent shipping you the item.

  4. Defective items are not subject to this restocking fee. 

  5. Only the cost of the goods purchased are eligible for refunds. Shipping is non-refundable. 

  6. Once we receive your return, we will process it within 2 to 3 business days and your refund will be issued upon inspection of the product.
 
If you require additional assistance, please email us at support@wargamesdelivered.com and a team member will be able to give you specific return instructions. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 to 3 business days. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.
